Mom M.'s Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese-low fat
    1 (10.5 oz) Campbell's 98% Fat Free Cream Chicken Soup
    2 cups Smart Balance Reduced Fat Sour Cream
    1/2 cup onion-finely chopped
    1/2 cup Country Crock Light butter-melted
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 (32 oz) package hash brown potatoes-thawed


Directions

Spread hash browns into a 13x9 greased baking dish. In a large bowl mix cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, butter, salt & pepper. Mix well. Add mixture to potatos and gently mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until golden brown.
