Red Wine Reduction

    1/2 tbsp - Butter, unsalted
    1 clove - Garlic, minced
    2/3 cup - Red Wine
    1/8 tsp - Boullion Beef, Granulated


Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute. Add wine and boullion, simmer until slightly thickened.
