Ingredients

1 lb of chicken wings, fresh or frozen
4T of your favorite hot sauce/buffalo sauce(recipe is with franks red hot buffalo wing sauce.)
    1T Blue bonnet butter

Directions

Pull out your george foreman! This recipe is reliant on a no fat cooking approach, so either a george foreman or scewer your wings and throw them on the grill outside!

1. Put your raw wings on the grill and cook thouroughly(wings can go frozen on a foreman but will need to be thawed if you are using your BBQ grill).
2. While the Wings are cooking, take a small microwave safe container and put the blue bonnet in it. Melt the butter in the microwaive, should take less than 30 seconds.
3. Add hotsauce to the melted blue bonnet after it comes out of the microwaive and mix(the more butter, the less spicy it will be). If you add the hotsauce with the butter when melting your microwaive will be a mess!
4. Get a pastry brush and open up your grill.
5. Paint the first side of chicken and flip it over, paint the other side and close the grill for about a minute. Give the chicken a final coating of sauce and pull it off the grill.
6. Eat plain for a kick or use your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing to go with it. I personally take fat free sour cream and mix in ranch mix to use as a dip. It comes out to just 10 calories per tablespoon!
