Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    3 Cups of all-purpose flour
    3 Tablespoons sugar
    3/4 cup of shortening
    1 cup milk

Directions

Combine 2 1/2 cups of flour and the sugar. Cut the shortening into the flour until crumbly, stir in the milk, a little at a time, until all the flour is moistened but not too wet.

Makes 9-12 Biscuits
