Introduction

This is a simple cheese ball that is more like a spread... Serve it with raw veggies or whole grain veggies. We intend to try it on cooked broccoli and cauliflower.... Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    2-8 oz low fat cream cheese (neufatchel), softened
    1-5 oz Kraft Old English cheddar cheese spread
    1/2 c. fat free sour cream
    2 large scallions, chopped
    2 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp dried parsley

Directions

Combine all ingredients, then shape into a ball- if desired, you can just serve it in a bowl- and chill, preferably overnight. Serve with raw veggies and whole grain crackers. We haven't tried it yet, but we think it would be good over cooked cauliflower or broccoli... Makes about 30- Tbsp servings
