Chicken Cordon Bleu




Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 6oz. Chicken breasts
    4 oz. ham
    4 oz. swiss cheese
    1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.

In a medium sauce pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil.

1. Butterfly chicken breasts and pound to 1/4 in. thickness.

2. Layer 1 oz. ham and 1 oz. swiss cheese on each breast, and wrap, and secure with toothpicks.

3. Dredge in breadcrumbs to coat completely.

4. Place into frying pan with hot oil for 3-4 minutes on each side, then put onto baking sheet.

5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked thoroughly.
