Oriental Salad Dressing - Low Calorie

Introduction

This dressing is my absolute favorite. You can make it with low sodium soy sauce to reduce the sodium if you prefer. It makes 9 tablespoons of dressing. I usually double the receipe. It keeps well for weeks, however, mine doesn't last that long. A little goes a long way on your salad. This dressing is my absolute favorite. Ingredients

    1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
    2 tbsp soy sauce or reduced sodium soy sauce
    2 tbsp light olive oil
    1.5 tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend
    fresh ginger root grated

    Add ingredients, to carafe, shake before each use. It makes 9 tbsp. Easy to double recipe.
