Herbed Pizza Crust

Introduction

This is a healthy option for a family favorite in our house. Just top with the daily toppings of choice and cheese of course. This is a healthy option for a family favorite in our house. Just top with the daily toppings of choice and cheese of course.

Ingredients

    1 cup white flour
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp basil

    1 cup warm water
    1 tbsp Splenda
    1 tbsp quick rise yeast

    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Add splenda and yeast to warm water and allow to begin activating. Blend together all dry ingredients, then add oil (less amount to lightly grease pan) to water mixture and work into dry to form a soft ball of dough. Spread on pan and top with sauce and toppings of choice.
