Make sure the shrimp is NOT COOKED....raw shrimp will soak in the flavor better.
Combine lime juice, oil, honey, soy sauce and ginger. Add shrimp, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Remoce shrimp from marinade, place on broiler pan, broil 4-6 inches from heat source for 2-4 minutes per side until opaque throughout. Cook noodles while shrimp is broiling. Serves 11
