Zippy Carrot Turkety Chowder

Ingredients

    Carrots, raw, 2.5 cup, grated (remove)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *V8 V-Lite, 4 cup (remove)
    *Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Celery Soup, 2 cup (remove)
    *Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 cup (remove)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, 1.5 tsp (remove)
    *Sucralose (like Splenda), 1 tsp (remove)
    Marjoram, dried, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)

Directions

Brown the ground turkey in a large pot. When halfway browned, add the Salt and pepper. Add chopped onion, Green peppers, and celery when turkey is almost finished- simmer 5 minutes to meld. Add garlic and simmer another few minutes. Pour tomato juice in, and add the cream of celery soup and cream of mushroom soup. Add Cayenne, marjoram, & splenda. Boil one hour, transfer to crock pot. approximately 10 Cups total, serving sizes are in 1 C increments!
