Alfredo Chicken Primavera

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 cups chopped broccoli
    1.5 cups baby carrots chopped in half
    8 oz Tyson grilled chicken breast strips
    8 oz Classico Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce
    8 oz Healthy Harvest Rotini or Penne Pasta

Directions

Cook broccoli and carrots 5 min. in microwave. Add chicken breast strips (thawed) and cook 1.5 min more. Put in large skillet and cover with Alfredo sauce. Simmer on low till all ingredients are warm. Cook pasta and when al dente, drain and toss with the chicken/veg. alfredo mixture. Serves 4.
