Ingredients

    1 med green pepper
    1 med red pepper
    1 med white onion
    5 hot italian sausage links
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp garlic salt
    1 can diced tomatoes

Directions

Brown sausage on all sides
Remove sausage links, add peppers and onions
drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic salt
cook until vegetables are soft
Add sausages back in
Add Can of diced tomatoes
Heat to boil and simmer 5 min
