Ingredients

    4 tablespoons dry hominy grits
    3/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 oz. Velveta Cheese
    1/4 cup Egg Substitute
    2 tablespoons picante sause

Directions

cook grits, water, and salt in sause pan for about 3 minutes (until done). Add cheese and egg substitute (allowing cheese to melt. Pour into 3 cup baking dish and microwave for 6 minutes at 50% power. Let set for 10 miutes. Pour picante sause over top and enjoy. About 250 calories.
