Ingredients

    4 cups water
    1 carrot sliced in thin slices
    1/4 med. onion diced
    1/2 green bell pepper diced
    1 slice cooked bacon diced
    1 egg
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    2oz. egg noodles
    1/8 tsp seasoning salt
    1 tbs vinegar

Directions

beat egg in small boil and set a side. bring water to boil and add egg, stir consistantly. add all other ingredients and cook on med heat for about 15 min, or untill carrots are soft and noodles are cooked thru.
