1 box lemon cake mix
2 medium eggs
2 cups peeled, grated zucchini
1 8 oz carton Fat Free Cool Whip
1 box sugar free lemon gelatin
Let cool. Mix gelatin in thawed cool whip and spread on cooled cake. Keep refrigerated. Cut into 24 pieces and serve with strawberries and blueberries if desired.
