2 cups of Flour
1 cup water
1 lb of Meat your choice
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1 tbsp oil
and .25 cup soy sauce for dipping.
Boil about 6-8 cups of water while preparing
Take 2 cups of flour and mix with 1 cup of water let stand.
Mix in the pound of meat the tbsp of onion, tbsp of soy sauce and the tsp of ginger and let stand ( some people add a cup of chopped cabbage to this as well)
Make 1 inch balls of flour and water and flatten to about 2-3 inch discs then put meat mixture into dough and wrap it up.
Then put in boiling water once water starts boiling again put in 1 cup of water then let boil again then take out let cool and then you can choose to fry in 1 tbsp of oil if you care to.
