Introduction

Family Favorite! I use canned soup, frozen mixed veggies and leftover chicken then for the topping whatever i have, either canned bisquits or bisquick. (this recipe is calculated with bisquick) Family Favorite! I use canned soup, frozen mixed veggies and leftover chicken then for the topping whatever i have, either canned bisquits or bisquick. (this recipe is calculated with bisquick)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom)
    2 cups diced chicken
    5 oz frozen mixed veggies (1/2 package)
    1 tsp thyme
    salt and pepper
    1 cup bisquick
    1/3 cup nonfat milk

Directions

in a 9x9 casserole dish, combine undiluted soup, veggies, chicken, thyme and salt and pepper.

In a seperate bowl, mix 1 cup of bisquick and 1/3 cup of milk (recipe uses non fat milk). stir to combine. Pour on top of soup/chicken mixture.

Cook at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the bisquick topping is golden brown.
