Introduction

place all ingredients except chicken in zip lock bag to mix. Add thawed chicken thighs and marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill over medium high heat for 4 minutes on each side.

  • A little twist on what is called Adobo chicken. Usually I use sugar, but I will try it with the orange juice. Like the others, it works with powdered or minced garlic and ginger, but is much better with fresh. Great with brown rice. - 8/26/11

  • Very Good. Unfortunately I didn't have minced garlic and ginger so I had to use powdered. I still think it turned out fine, but probably would be better with real ingredients. - 3/4/11
