Salmon in the oven

Ingredients


    Atlantic Salmon (fish), 550 grams
    red onion ( 1 cup, chopped 160g), 1 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    *Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 dash
    Honey, 0.25 tbsp
    Orange juice, fresh, 0.5 cup
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp

Directions

line a baking dish with sliced onion, place the salmon slices over the onions, season with chopped garlic and the salt, black pepper freshly ground, mix the olive oil and honey and pour over. To finish drizzle everything with the juice of one orange and place in oven to bake high (200 C / 230C) for 20 minutes.
