I would like to try this recipe, but my daughter doesn't like asparagus. Can anyone think of a good substitute. - 3/30/10

  • I don't think it really matters if you cook with a skinless, boneless breast... I am right now and I have in the past with a recipe very similar to this. - 3/7/11

  • I tried this tonight. Instead of sundried tomatoes in oil, I just put in julienned ones and I added onions, a little broccoli, and used the a lot of garlic and boneless chicken breast. It was excellent. - 1/12/11

  • this was great - super simple and really tasty! the chicken came out incredibly tender and juicy. we had ours with a salad on the side, but might try it over some whole wheat pasta next time. definitely a new one on our "favorites" list! - 4/21/10
