Sweet & Sour Pork in Crockpot

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb pork cut into bite size pieces
    2 cans pinaaple chucks drained
    1 large onion cut up
    1 pepper cut intp bite size pieces
    3 tbsp Soy sauce
    Ginger 1 oz (I uses pickles ginger)
    .25 cup jam
    1 bag Uncle Bens brown rice

Directions

Make 8 servngs 1/2 cup rice with 1 cup meat & fruit
Cut everything up put in crock pot cover and let cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Cook rice and enjoy

Mix and match with the ingredients to make it the way you like it!

  • Made this 2 nights ago and used 1 can of crushed pineapple instead of 2 and sliced up 1 jalapeno and put that into the pot as well. Used 2 tablespoons of marmalade as the jam and cooked it on low 6 hours. Was really yummy! - 4/16/10
