IntroductionMy husband makes these and my son loves just loves them, as do I. My husband makes these and my son loves just loves them, as do I.
Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
**Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1/4 Cup
Oats, 1/2 Cup
Milk, 1%, 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Salt, 1 dash
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Egg, fresh, 1 medium
Semisweet chocolate, 1/4 cup chips
Combine all wet ingredients in a seperate bowl.
Make a well in the dry ingredient and mix well
Heat a large pan and once hot, add 1/8 cup of the mixture to make small crepes. Turn once they start to bubble. Cook on the other side until lightly brown.
Serve with maple syrup and or mixed berries.
