Do you add all of these things together? Or are the spinach and mashed potatoes side dishes for the eggs? - 9/23/10

They are three separate dishes that happen to taste good together :)

  • My mom used to serve this to us when we were kids, but she added a slice of rye or pumpernickel bread! She usually creamed the spinach with some sour cream, salt and pepper. - 4/12/10
