Ingredients

    1 can Northen Catch Wild Pink Salmon
    1 medium egg
    1/4 cup millet flour
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tsp

Directions

mix all ingredients. take a ball of mix about the size of your palm/2 tbsp and flatten them. fry on a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for 2-5 minutes on each side (or until brown). each patty is a serving
