Garlic, 7 clove (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 large (remove)
Tomato Paste, .5 can (6 oz) (remove)
Lentils, .5 cup (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 2 cup (remove)
Carrots, raw, 1 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) (remove)
Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
Parsley, dried, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Oregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Basil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
White Wine, 1 glass (3.5 fl oz) (remove)
2. Add in tomatoes, half a can of water, and lentils. Add herbs. simmer.
