Potato Soup (in the crock pot)

Introduction

This is my mom's weight watchers recipe with a few of my own changes and additions. This is my mom's weight watchers recipe with a few of my own changes and additions.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 1/2 cups of diced and peeled potatoes
    3 stalks of celery all chopped up
    2 carrots chopped up
    1 onion chopped
    1 small can of mushrooms
    1 tsp of Garlic
    1 6oz. package of Canadian Bacon
    I -4 cup box of 99% fat free chicken broth
    1 small can of condensed milk
    1/2 a cup of 2% milk


Directions

Add everything to the crock pot except the canned and 2% milk. Then cook on high for about 4-5 hours. At about 10 to 20 minutes before you're ready to serve it add the 2 milks and let it simmer on low or warm. I should serve at least 6 people.
