Mama's Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredients

    Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 2 lb cut into bite size pieces
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    *Onion (Yellow), 2 med, raw
    Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels
    *Green Beans French style, 1.5 cup
    *Barilla Plus Penne, 4 oz
    *Beef Neck bone for soup (yield after bone removed), 8 oz
    Tomatoes (stewed), 2 cup
    Red Potato, 1 pound

Directions

Place soup bone in lg pot and fill pot with water
Add Celery, carrots, onion, house seasoning, salt to taste, and garlic. Cook unitl marrow is gone from bone. Add roast and cook unitl tender. Add potatoes and cook til tender. Add remaining veggies. About 45 minutes before serving, add pasta while soup is boiling and serve (makes about 12 1 cup servings)
