Introduction

A great combination of onions, garlic, bell peppers and beef. A great combination of onions, garlic, bell peppers and beef.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1.5 Pounds of London Broil
    2 Green Peppers (sliced)
    1 Red Peppers (sliced)
    6 Garlic gloves
    1 lime
    Salt & Peper about 1 tsp
    Olive Oil 1 tbsp

Directions

Prepare the meat by slicing into thin strips, then sqeeze the lime and add the salt and pepper.

Heat 1 tbsp of Olive oil and add the beef and garlic, then once the meat is no longer pink add the bell peppers and onions. Let simmer til peppers are cooked, not mushy but not too crispy, to your taste.

Serve with white or brown rice with mixed veggies.
