Healthy Fettuccine Primavera

Submitted by: MFTAYLOR2

Introduction

Found this recipe in "Country Italian" cookbook. Feel free to use whichever veggies you like. The recipe simply calls for 4 cups assorted veggies plus tomatoes so I used what I like. I did find it a little bland, may want to cook pasta in chicken broth or add substitute a little chicken broth for some of the milk. Found this recipe in "Country Italian" cookbook.
