Introduction

Ingredients

    2c sunflower seeds
    juice of 1 lemon
    garlic-2 cloves
    cilantro (I use a handfull but you might want less)
    cumin-1T
    chili powder-2t
    onion powder-2t
    nutritional yeast 4T
    salt and hot sauce to taste

Directions

soak the sunflower seeds. put them in water in the morn and they will be ready for you at dinner time. Put sunflower seeds in the food processor. Whirl for a bit til ground up as much as possible. Add the other ingredients, 1 at a time. and Blend well as you go.
I like to serve this in lettuce cup for a quick, delish, and nutrish dish!
