Chicken Burgers

Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 8 thigh, bone and skin removed
    *onion powder, 2 tsp
    Garlic powder, 2 tsp
    *Carbquick, 0.5 cup
    Heavy Whipping Cream, .5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped)
    Basil, 1 tbsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp


Directions

Boil chicken thihgs until just done, can be a little pink still. After thighs are cooked, let cool a little and either cube up or shred.. Place chicken in a food processor with all other ingredients and process until you reach a burger consistency, form into 8 small patties or 4 good patties and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
