Ingredients

    4oz 93%ground beef
    3 garlic cloves
    5 plum tomatoes
    .5 cup chopped red onions
    2fl. oz red wine
    5 leaves of basil, sliced

Directions

In a saute pan, brown ground beef, about 10mins. Chop red onion and put into the pan. Mean while, cut the tomatoes and roast in the oven at 325 degrees with the 3 gloves of garlic stuck into the tomatoes. Using a potato masher, mash the tomatoes and the garlic into the saute pan with the meat. Add the wine and let simmer for 45 minutes. At the end add the sliced basil.
