Ingredients

    1 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 medium fresh banana
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen unsweetened strawberries
    2 tsp. sugar
    3 - 4 ice cubes

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
