Ingredients

    1 tbsp. olive oil
    16 oz. ground beef or venison
    salt pepper to taste
    1 large onion (1/4 c. diced the rest thin sliced)
    1 tbsp. diced garlic
    3 tbsp. tomato paste
    1 can beef broth
    2 tbsp. corn starch

Directions

Heat skillet and add olive oil. mix together meat and diced onion with salt & pepper to taste. forn into 4 patties and brown in hot skillet. remove and keep warm to the side. saute onions and garlic until soft and slightly browned, add broth mixed with corn starch and tomato paste, simmer about 40 minutes. Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles, serves 4
