Ingredients

    1 huge white potato or 2 med potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 med onion. Mrs Dash Garlic Herb.

Directions

1 huge white potato or 2 med potatoes, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 med onion. Dice everything, boil potatoes only in water for about 10 minutes. drain and let sit for a sec. Start on all onion, garlic, oil in a pain. Add potatoes,fry it up and eat! haha
