Ingredients

1/2 Cup Bulgar Wheat
1 Cup Chicken Broth
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1/4 Cup Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Chopped Red Bell Pepper
8 Med. Mushrooms
10 Strips Dry Pasta, Broken in pieces
2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Saute onions and bell peppers in 1 tsp. olive oil. Add mushrooms and saute until liquid is almost gone. Add 1 tsp. garlic and pasta; saute until pasta is light brown. Add bulgar wheat and chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cover and reduce medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.
