Ingredients

1 3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour (not enriched)
1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Dash Salt
2 Grain Fed Eggs
1/2 C Unsweetened Applesauce
2 C Nonfat Milk
Directions
Mix flour, oatmeal, baking powder,baking soda, and salt. Think stir in eggs, applesauce, and buttermilk.
Pour mixture onto heated waffle iron (sprayed with cooking spray)
Add bananas, pecans, or blueberries for more kick.
