Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb cube steak, cut into four pieces
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 large carrots, diced
    2 medium onions, thinly sliced
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 T worchestershire sauce
    1 T garlic
    2 T jalapenos, minced
    2 envelopes beef bouillion
    4 c water

Directions

Place all ingredients in a pressure cooker. Cook for 45 minutes.

Makes 4 servings

  • Recipe calls for 4 Cups water...I only added 3 Cups and it was still to runny. I ended up adding 1/4 Cup flour to thicken it. Then it was very good. I will make it again but next time I will cut the water by 1/2. - 2/17/11
