Ingredients

    Uncle Ben's Instant Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1/4 cup dry
    *Bulghar Wheat 1/4 cup dry Bobís Red Mill,
    *Chicken Stock, Swanson 33% less sodium, 1 cup
    *Bell Pepper (Red), 0.33 cup
    Carrots, cooked, 0.5 cup slices
    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high)
    Chili powder, .5 tsp
    Garlic powder, .5 tsp
    *Lawry's seasoned salt, .5 tsp

Directions

Brown the onions in the oil, add broth and spices, Heat to a boil and add the bulghar wheat. After 15 minutes add the instant brown rice. Simmer on low for an additional 15 minutes. When done, toss in the kidney beans, carrots and bell pepper. Heat through.
