Early Harv est Meat Loaf

Introduction

This is a very simple recipe and it's very moist. This is a very simple recipe and it's very moist.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 lbs of Lean Ground Beef
    3/4 c of seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 c tomato sauce
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t allspice

Directions

1. Mix ground beef lightly with remaining ingrients until well-blended:; shape and put into a shallow pan.
2. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 55-60 min. or until brown

I cook it for 30 min. without a cover (tin foil) and slice it down the middle to check doneness. I then cover and continue cooking for another 25 min.
