Cowboy Cookies - Sugar Free - Half Batch

Introduction

Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Mix butter, applesauce, vanilla, egg white, and sugars in mixing bowl until blended. Add and mix oats, flour, and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes. Remove and cool. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees. Mix butter, applesauce, vanilla, egg white, and sugars in mixing bowl until blended.     2 Tbsp. Unsalted Butter
    2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Applesauce
    1/2 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Egg white
    1 cup Dry Oats
    1 cup White Flour
    4-6 oz. Chocolate Chips
