Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
5 cups rolled oats
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup whole-wheat flour
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
Wet Ingredients:
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup canola oil
1/4 water
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp almond extract
Directions
Mix all the dry ingredients together in large bowl. Blend the wet ingredients together so that the honey and oil are blended. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon (or strong stirring tool) until everything is well coated.
Put into sprayed 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely and store in airtight container.
