Kale salad

Ingredients

    4 cups raw kale
    1 large carrot, shredded
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    1 large tomato chopped
    1/4 cup braggs apple cider vinegar
    4 tbl low sodium soy sauce
    dulse flakes (optional)

Directions

kale shredded or chopped into salad pieces
shred carrot
chop 1 large tomato
add 1/4 cup sunflower seeds(unsalted)

mix braggs apple cider vinegar, soy sauce and pour over salad. Let sit a few minutes. makes 4 servings
