Just calculating to see if this TV recipe is healthy. I was flippin' through and saw something like this...not sure what it'll taste like..but I have this can of pumpkin.... Ingredients

    Canned Pumpkin (1-cup)
    Non-fat vanilla yogurt (1-cup)
    3 (per serving) crushed almonds
    1T. (per serving) of cool-whip

Directions

Mix pumpkin with yogurt with a spatula.
Spoon 1/2 cup into fancy wine glasses
top with whipped topping and crushed almonds
