V8 Smoothie

Introduction

My first smoothie! Some might like to add a smidge of sugar or honey maybe. It's not terribly sweet but I think it tastes pretty yummy!

Super easy just add 1 cup of the juice to the blender, then pour in the 1 cup of frozen fruit. Blend and voila!

Ingredients

    Super simple and quick to make. You can probably use any kind of juice, this is just the juice I bought to try out and it was on hand when I decided to make the smoothie this morning. Turned out pretty great.

Directions

This makes 1 serving, and very easy to double if you need more.
