Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes

Introduction

I made this from a recipe in a magazine, I would cut down on the cheese next time. It called for frozen creamed spinach, I made that myself but it would be fine with frozen. Use two boxes of spinach. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 box small tubular pasta
    16 oz frozen spinach (thaw in microwave)
    4 cups mozzarella cheese grated
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese graded
    1 can artichoke hearts
    1 cup evaporated milk
    2 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

While pasta is cooking, put butter and flour in sauce pan. Add evaporated milk and thicken, add spinach. When pasta is cooked, drain and put back into pot. Add spinach, artichokes, parmesan cheese and 2/3 of the mozzarella cheese. Put into broiler safe pan and top with remaining cheese, put under broiler until cheese just browns.
