Chris's Whipped Potatoes

Introduction

Awesome side for special occasions... great with red meats! Awesome side for special occasions... great with red meats!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 3/4 pounds potatoes, peeled, quartered and cooked
    2/3 of one 3 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
    1/3 cup sour cream
    2 tablespoons of butter, softened
    1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    paprika


Directions

1. Peel and quarter potatoes. Boil for approximately 15-20 minutes, or until mashable.
2. In a large bowl, mash the potatoes. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, garlic salt, salt and pepper; mix until smooth.

3. Transfer to a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika if desired. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until heated through.
