Chicken & Rice in Crockpot

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 boxes Uncle Ben's Long Grain & Wild Rice
    1 Onion - quartered and sliced
    6 boneless skinless Chicken Breast
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
    3 cups Water

Directions

Spray crock with Pam.

In separated bowl, mix together soups and water.

Place ingredients into crock in order listed.

Set on low for 8 hours.

Just before serving, cut up chicken and mix together with rice.

Serving size is about 1 cup.
