Paul's Lasagna

Ingredients

8 oz (9 noodles) lasagna noodles
1 pound extra lean ground beef
1 can Campbells Golden Mushroom Soup
1 can Tomato soup
2 cups shredded fat free mozzarella cheese
Directions
1) Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain fat from skillet. Add soups to skillet and mix well. Let simmer on low heat.
2) Bring pot of water to a boil. Cook Lasagna noodles according to package directions.
3) Spray a 9x9 pan with olive oil cooking spray. Lay 3 noodles across bottom of pan and cut off excess. Ladle 1/2 meat mixture onto noodles. Cover meat with 3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese. Add another layer of noodles, meat and chesse. Cover second level with remaining noodles. Then add last 1/2 cup of mozzarella to the top layer.
4) Put pan in a preheated 350 degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. Cheese on top will be nice and brown. After baking, let stand for 5 minutes to set.
5) Cut lasagna into 6 equal pieces and serve. Add a nice side salad for a healthy side dish.
