Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, half of medium
    Strawberries, fresh, .5 cup, halves
    Tropicana Orange Juice, half cup
    Publix Greenwise Organic Light Plain Soy Milk .4 oz. serving
    Publix Chunk Pineapple in Pineapple Juice, .75 cup
    Pom Juice (Pom Wonderful) 2 oz.
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .5 cup

Directions

place all in blender, blend and pour into large glass with some ice and drink! Great after a workout.
